Last updated: April 26, 2026
Who we are
Honistee LLC ("Honistee," "we," "us") is an Illinois-based consulting practice operated by Daniel J. Klimczak. We provide operations, revenue, infrastructure, and AI consulting services. This policy describes how we handle information collected through honistee.com and through our consulting engagements.
Information we collect
- Contact information you submit voluntarily — name, email, business name, phone, and any context you include when you book a call, send an email, or respond to outreach.
- Booking and scheduling data — when you book a call, our scheduling provider (GoHighLevel) processes your name, email, phone, time zone, and any notes you add during booking.
- Engagement data — for clients under retainer, project, or advisory agreements, we collect information necessary to deliver the engagement (business documents, financial data, operational specifics, communications).
- Analytics — basic site analytics (page views, referrer, device type) collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) for performance and usage monitoring. We do not currently use third-party tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- Respond to inquiries and follow up on conversations you initiate.
- Schedule, prepare for, and deliver consulting calls, projects, and retainer work.
- Issue invoices, process payments, and maintain client records.
- Improve the site, our services, and our outreach over time.
- Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to operate the business:
- GoHighLevel — CRM, booking, and client communications
- Microsoft 365 — email and document handling
- Vercel — website hosting
- Stripe (and other processors as applicable) — payment processing
- Tax and accounting professionals bound by professional confidentiality
Each provider has its own privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep your information
We keep client and engagement records for as long as the engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and operational obligations. Inquiry-only contacts (people who reached out but never engaged) are kept for up to 24 months and may be removed sooner on request.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, or deletion — email danny@honistee.com with the request and we'll respond within a reasonable time frame.
- Email opt-out — every marketing or outreach email includes an unsubscribe option.
- California / EU residents — to the extent CCPA, GDPR, or similar regulations apply, you have additional rights including data portability and the right to object to certain processing. Contact us with the request.
Children
The site and our services are not directed to people under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. The current version always lives at this URL.
